Founded Maxinum in 2016 to help companies bring order to their processes with technology. Today that means 200+ projects in 30+ countries — from construction holdings and manufacturers to restaurant chains.
I personally take part in the first meetings and process audits: I dig into how the company works, where time and money are lost, and what automation will deliver. The Maxinum team then designs and implements the system, and I'm accountable for the project delivering results.
