PM Daily: a daily check on 60+ projects in 40 seconds
We run dozens of client projects in parallel. Stand-ups with PMs used to be spent asking "what moved since yesterday" — now the answer is on screen before the call starts.

What we built
- GitHub Projects synconce a day, it pulls the state of 60+ boards with read-only access.
- Status historyshows what moved to Done since the last stand-up, based on actual history, not snapshots.
- Stuck-task highlighting3+ days in progress turns yellow, 5+ turns red, with a "why isn't it done" field.
- Grouping by clienttasks are sorted by project, including the shared board for Upwork clients.
Result
Syncing about 5,800 tasks takes ~40 seconds, and the call runs off a single screen — covering only the projects with problems.
