The holding builds substations, power lines and generation facilities. Tenders, contracts, letters and work schedules lived in dozens of spreadsheets — we brought it all into one system.

Challenge

Projects, tenders, contracts, letters and payments were handled manually and in scattered Google Sheets. Tenders were copied over from procurement portals by hand.

What we built

  • Projects & construction schedulework stages and dependencies (FS/SS/FF/SF), calendars and deadline control for every site.
  • One-click tendersa Chrome extension pulls lots from the Samruk-Kazyna procurement portal straight into the Tenders module.
  • Contracts & paymentspayment requests, treasurer and CFO approvals, a contract registry.
  • Correspondenceincoming and outgoing letters with assignments and deadlines.
  • Auto-tasksrule-based recurring tasks, real-time and Telegram notifications.

Result

The system has become the holding's day-to-day operating backbone: from June 2025 to August 2026, 246 development and support tasks (1,069 hours) were delivered on it. Next up: a treasury finance platform and AI-assisted tender selection.
